FUN
Classes feature 3-minute boxing rounds. No contact, just you and the bag! No equipment necessary.
Off the bag, classes offer various core, booty, and strength exercises between rounds to get a complete all-body workout.
Great music, occassionally dancing, a friendly and supportive atmosphere, hot DAMN do we have a lot of fun!

Our Classes

Knock-out
Six rounds on the bag, 6 rounds off. Off the bag offers various core, booty, and strength exercises to get a complete all-body workout.

Champion's Class
Come test your stamina on the bag with 10-12 rounds on the bag with quick exercises in between. Limited to one person per bag.

Dirty 30
30 minutes of boxing on a bag with called combinations, followed by 30 minutes of HIIT training! Limited to one person per bag!

Round Two
A Champion’s style class with two instructors, up to 9 rounds on the bag, and at least one round off the bag with mitts.

HIIT Class
Off the bag you'll get cardio, while improving strength, building lean muscle mass, and maximizing calorie burn!
